Booking Terms & Conditions

1. Booking and Payment

Registration: All participants must complete a registration form before attending any sessions.

Payment: Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure a place in the Belfast International Ballet Festival and Summer Intensive. Payments can be made via our online registration form.

If you need to arrange a payment plan, please contact highpointsballet@gmail.com.

Confirmation: Upon receipt of payment, a confirmation email will be sent to the provided email address.

2. Attendance and Punctuality

Arrival and Departure: Parents/guardians must ensure their children arrive and are collected on time. The BIBF is not responsible for children outside of the stated session times.

Absences: Please notify the BIBF in advance if your child will be absent. No refunds or credits are given for missed sessions.

3. Health and Safety

Medical Information: It is essential to provide accurate medical information about your child at the time of booking. Any changes to this information must be communicated promptly.

Injuries and Illness: If a child becomes ill or injured during a session, parents/guardians will be contacted immediately. In case of an emergency, appropriate medical assistance will be sought.

4. Behaviour and Conduct

Code of Conduct: Children are expected to behave respectfully towards coaches, staff, and fellow participants. Disruptive or harmful behaviour will not be tolerated.

Disciplinary Actions: The BIBF reserves the right to remove a child from a session if their behaviour is deemed inappropriate. No refunds will be issued in such cases.

5. Personal Belongings

Responsibility: The BIBF is not responsible for any lost or stolen items. Children are encouraged to leave valuable items at home.

6. Agreement

Acceptance: By completing the booking, you agree to abide by these terms and conditions.
